Please not that the Staff at "The Spruce Mention" will try to become very nice at the time of check in but while checking out the room they try to mug the people with families by charging for various things even like bed sheet cleaning as well. And for Hotel at Dharamshala the hotel Sky Bhagshu is located in a vary crowded area and the rooms are as small as store in normal houses. We got a normal room after we argued about the room quality, otherwise they have provided a room that will end within 3-4 steps. Please update the hotel quality at the sites as we can't say that these two hotels can provide services like 3 star hotels. And about the Cab driver, we felt that he have some arrangements with various activity guys at various locations. We have booked various activities at a difference of 2-3k at various places from the guy he initially introduced us to book the activities. But the experience with Mr. Rishu Ji was nice he was supporting at every instances whereas Mr. Nikhil Rathore, who initially booked our tour package wasn't even picking up the calls. Not he ever called back. Please allow only those people to contact the customers who will support them during their trip not only just to sale their packages.

The agency needs to ensure that alternative arrangements can be made if a hotel is not good or unreachable due to bridge getting repaired etc. The biggest disappointment was the driver who was very non-cooperative. Although we had asked for the cab to stay with us throughout, the driver was ready to take up other passengers for Rohtang pass trip leaving us stranded as we were not willing to pay the amount he asked for the trip. Thanks to Rohit ji who sorted this but still we had to pay extra to the driver so that we could go with him. Also he made us switch to a different car and driver on the last day on way to airport as he was in a hurry to return home. He asked us to check out from Shimla hotel at 6 am in the morning for Delhi airport, whereas our flight was at 9.35 pm, stating it will take time and there would be traffic. We told that it's a Sunday and we could easily reach on time if we start at around 9 am. We still took his advice and started from Shimla before 7 am. The cab was switched in Panipat without any prior intimation, which was a risk not knowing the new driver with family and so many luggages. Then we reached the Airport 6 hrs. prior to the flight. This could have been avoided and we could have reached the airport a couple of hours prior even if we check out at 9 am. The trip experience would have been a lot better had we got a better driver. We've still given a 3 star to the driver though he deserved much less. The Hotel in Tirthan. Food and staff service in all the hotels were very good. The replacement hotel in Manali was very good. The Shimla Mall road was very good. Ankita was regular with her updates and keep checking on us, which is good.

l triangle for giving us best experience and it was a memorable one. My best experience was zipline which was very steep in manali it was next level experience, river rafting, skies ride and tube ride these all activities we enjoyed a lot.
